PHP 5.3 minum notice

May not be a bad idea to try to gracefully fail for anyone running PHP 5.2. In one of the recent updates you moved things to namespaces, which isn’t supported in PHP 5.2. As much as it sucks to say, there are still WP installs out there with that version.
