wordpress.com login

Trying to connect to WordPress.com to reconnect jetpack to blog. Password for blog is fine, need another login for wordpress. None of our passwords work so I entered our email in the password reset field. No email has come and we’ve been waiting over 3 hours. I tried 2 more submissions to the password reset. Nothing.
I tried to create a new account. But, it says this email is in use. Then why can’t I get a reset password email? No it’s not in my junk mail. I’ve checked it about 30 times.
Read about resetting passwords via the phpMyAdmin. I did that, but it only impacted the password for the blog. The password for wordpress.com is still a mystery.
