Not working on mobile device

I have tested it on several desktop browsers and it works fine. However, it works at random on mobile devices. I have tried chrome,safari & firefox mobile browsers. Some items will expand and other won’t. I am new to wordpress so I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this. The link is below.
