Stopped Working After Latest WordPress Update

Hey team,

I am using your plugin on my site OnProperty.com.au

When I go to onproperty.com.au/login it takes me to

http://onproperty.com.au/login/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fonproperty.com.au%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

But the login form on that page doesn’t seem to work anymore. It worked in the past so I am not sure what the issue is.
