  • There are several possible causes. The most likely solution is the “Check User Role on Site?” setting at the bottom of the Settings page. Setting it to a blank checkbox will very likely solve your problem.

Based on the Registration URL you quote, it would appear as if the user is self-registering on the first site, which leaves them with no User Role on the second site.

Be sure to respond to this post if this either doesn’t solve your problem and/or doesn’t make any sense to you.

    Thanks for the reply!

That’s exactly it. I was not recognized on the second site.

I unchecked the box like you said but it still goes to the first site after I click on Registration.

What I noticed that is weird though, is that when I just hover over the word Registration, the URL is the right one (http://www.cliquevocale.com/coulisses/wp-login.php?action=register) but if I actually click on it, it brings me to the first site (http://www.cliquevocale.com/wp-signup.php).

I verified and it does this whether the Check User Role on Site? is blank or not.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a solution for that issue.

My solution was intended to give you access to the second site even when you register on the first site and have no User Role on the second site.

    Could you test that out?
