Yes, you can use the built in WordPress XML import/export to achieve this. Simply export your posts to XML, then import them into the same site but select “WP Knowledgebase”.
I have the same issue and don’t see the “WP Knowledgebase” option when importing. Can you tell me what I am missing?

I am not given any other options, the plugin is installed and activated.
