• Help! I just launched a new site a couple weeks ago. Everything has been working fine until today, when I went to the homepage (www.fljfon.org) and got “This webpage has a redirect loop ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”. The other pages, such as http://fljfon.org/make-a-donation/ still work, just the homepage is down. I have not been working on the site at all and have no idea what could have happened. I’m the only person with access to the admin. Any help would be much appreciated.

This might be because of incorrect configuration of redirect rule in .htaccess file. Rename the current .htaccess file and create new one. You can refer the following WordPress page to configure .htaccess correctly.

    http://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess

If still the issue persists please try after removing www prefix in Site URL & Home URL fields from wp_options table of the WordPRess database.

    Hi there @caitk

I noticed that your site is set to use mixed case letters in the domain, if you go in to the admin area and go to Settings > General and ensure the Site URL field is all lower case, that should take care of this for you 🙂
