Failed to send your message (on certain form)

Hi, so I have two contact7 forms on the same site. One works, one doesn’t.

This one submits and works fine.

This one Gives “Failed to send your message…” error

Both forms submit to the same email address.
——————–
I’m certain that at one point, both forms were functioning…
