Button to trigger lightbox popover video

Is there a plugin available or anyway to trigger a locally stored lightbox video from a button? I’ve tried multiple plugins and ways to do this without coding the entire thing, and it seems like it should be a feature that’s commonly used but I haven’t been able to find a solution. http://www.grow.com/ homepage uses something similar – this is the kind of functionality and feature I would like. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
