XML-RPC is currently disabled – Can’t Use Windows Live Writer

WordPress.com hosts my blog. You have changed something on my blog or all blogs and now I can’t use Windows Live Writer! I have edited posts that I must post and can’t!
I woke up today to post to my blog and can’t. Nothing has changed on my computer since last night or the day before or the day before.
In fact I posted to my blog yesterday with Windows Live Writer.
Error Message:
An error occurred while attempting to connect to your weblog:
Invalid Server Response – The response to the blogger.getUserBlogs method received from the weblog server was invalid.
Invalid response document returned from XmlRpc Server.
