I don’t understand your problem – I just tried to print one of the pages of my blog using the plugin, and it printed without problems (linux, firefox).
Can you please be more specific what is the problem?

So all things but the print map function work great!!
When I click the print directions it outputs
http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=1600%20Amitheater%20parkway%20mountain%20view%20california&daddr=132%20Hawthorne%20Street,%20San%20Francisco,%20CA%2094107&dirflg=d&pw=2&doflg=ptm
which returns a 404 from google maps.
This is not OS related – but I did give it a go on XP, Vista, Win7, Win8 and for kicks Bodhi Linux. Running Chrome, Firefox and Midori.
Installed on another wordpress site running wp 4.4 tried default theme 2014, 2013 still output same url for maps.
