Share other pages

Hi all

Problem: Cannot prompt reader to share a page they are not currently on

Reason I want to do this: After redirecting a person to a thank you page(or anywhere else) I would like to have the option to allow them to share the page that they performed an action on.

Example: person has been redirected to mywebsite.com/thank-you/
share buttons placed on that page would allow them to share mywebsite.com/landing-page/instead of mywebsite.com/thank-you/

All the plugins I run across only work for sharing the page people are currently on, if there are any share buttons that you can customize like individual share campaigns or atleast change the url and drop that html or shortcode where you want it that would be perfect.
