no admin login. blog viewable. not editable

Hello,

I have been patiently reading and trying to install and get wordpress running on my domain for 4 hours today. I have failed. I can see the blog at http://spikeyoursales.info/wordpress/ however, I have no access to editing or logging in. I have recieved the email with login name and password.

I have deleated and reinstalled the wp-login.php file. I have verified that my wp-config.php file has the correct entries in it. When I go to http://spikeyoursales.info/wordpress/wp-login.php I receive a 404 error.

I have no idea what to do at this point.
