WP User Avatar Settings won't load – Addendum

I’m sorry to bore you with this argument but personally I solved the problem discussed in the topic WP User Avatar Settings will not load. I do not think is a problem of plugins; I fixed by adding “localhost” in the list of exclusions of anti-virus (Web Shield > Excluded Servers), I rebooted the server and the problem was solved.
