    I figured out the problem, I chose this checkbox: Disable background scrolling when Menu is active

    once I disabled that the menu works perfectly, Thank you very much for this excellent plugin (both free and Pro are great)

    perhaps you could add a note by this check box that it should be avoided on single page websites (sites with same page anchors).
