The vCard links can be found in two places. The first is on the Connections : Manage admin page. Mouse hover over an entry name and its action link will be displayed such as edit and delete. One of those action links is to download the vCard. The other place is on the directory page. Click an entry name to view the single entry. Above the entries details there are entry actions such as back to the directory and add to address book. The add to address book entry action will download the vcard. If those entry actions do not display you may have turned them off. Here’s the doc page that explains how to turn off and on the entry actions:
