I am getting numerous alert notifications in email that I would like to control.
I am not successful in using the link sent to me by wordfence. See below. I am getting a error message saying that I do not have “sufficient permissions to access” this page when I try to log into WordPress.

Hi Chris,

Try logging into your site directly, and then point to the Wordfence menu, and choose “Options” at the bottom, to see all of the options, including the types of emails.

If the Wordfence menu is missing, or if you cannot set the options, you might need to reinstall Wordfence.
