When I previewed the theme demo http://my.studiopress.com/themes/enterprise/#demo-full it’s showing on homepage what would you want to do?
It’s defined in http://demo.studiopress.com/enterprise/wp-content/themes/enterprise-pro/style.css?ver=2.1.1 on line 252.
Just write your h2 as title like the demo :
<h2 class=”entry-title”>Guiding your business to achieve online success</h2>
and see the results.
By the way all theme have :
h1,
h2,
h3,
h4,
h5,
h6
formatting.

As for the original question:
how to I get h2 headers in this theme?
As themeofwp.com did mention all themes can have heading tags. They are made inside of the post/page editor.
Alternatively you can attempt to create a post / page and write something like “This is heading 2” and then select all then you’ll see the “Paragraf” in the editor area select heading 2 and let’s see the result.
