With 42,072 plugins in the free directory alone, I imagine maintaining such a thing would be a monumental task.
It’s probably best to just get the plugins you want, and if there’s a conflict, you’ll find out quickly.
If the conflict takes down the site, very rare by the way, fixing it is a quick process. Just follow this guide to manually reset your plugins (no Dashboard access required).

If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
An alternative is to keep track of each plugin and when you installed it and activated it. When a problem occurs deactivate the latest plugin and see if that fixes the problem. It does call for a degree of organization I’m rather lacking in.
