Domain page not working

    Sorry but not sure where to post this.

    I want to upgrade and purchase a domain but every time I click on the Domain section it looks like its loading but nothing happens. I’ve tried it many, many times but every time its the same.

    How can I do this?

    Is this with a WordPress.com site?

    I still can’t access the domain page. I’m in the My Site section, clicking on the left hand side where it says ‘Domains’ then all the happens is the small white dot at the top of the screen flashes, as if something is going to happen, but nothing happens at all.

    I’d like to upgrade my blog from AdeleinSlovenia.wordpress.com to AdeleinSlovenia.com but can’t seem to do this which is very frustrating. If I can’t get it resolved here I guess I’ll just having to purchase the domain elsewhere

    Ok, that’s why I asked if it was a WordPress.com site yesterday. 😉

    That is a WordPress.com blog, which we really can’t help with here.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com

    WordPress.com has complete documentation and support contacts at https://support.wordpress.com/
