WordPress Site Cannot Able to Load

my website (http://learntibetan.info) is not loading since from week ago. It build in wordpress 4.3.1. I have few datas in my local server also. I tried to exchanged its index.php but it’s not working. When I tried by creating a new folder with index.php than its working fine. Host provider says, problem’s from client side, not from server side.

Please help me out to solve this problem. I can’t re-install it coz i don’t have its December back up. Cpanel is working fine.
