password reset redirect

My Private Site plugin seems perfect for my application, but there’s a problem: when users try to reset their password, they receive an email with a link for the password reset page. However, the link doesn’t work. Instead they are redirected for the registration page where the login form is. I already excluded that password reset page from privacy but it doesn’t work. If I disable the Private Site plugin, it all works fine. So, must be something to be fix with this plugin. I tried older version of WP, and it is the same problem. Could you help me with that?
