More than one OG url specified

I can’t get my open graph to work on my site http://www.dixiekitchens.com. I’m very new, so I need help that’s as simple as you can make it. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!

This is the error that I received from the FB debugger:

Object at URL ‘http://dixiekitchens.com/’ of type ‘website’ is invalid because it specifies multiple ‘og:url’ values: http://dixiekitchens.com/, http://dixiekitchens.com/.

The following will be treated as a redirect by the crawler:
A HTTP redirect
A <link rel=”canonical” href=”..” /> tag
A <meta property=”og:url” content=”..” /> tag
The final URL, which we tried to extract metadata from is highlighted in bold.

fb:app_id hasn’t been included in the meta tags. Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog. Otherwise, the default app id( 966242223397117 ) will be assigned.
