  • That’s often caused by a problem with your server or host, so try the s2Member server scanner to see if it can detect the problem.

    Thanks KTS915! I’ll give that a try.
    Best wishes.

    I have dozens of potential subscribers reporting they cannot register for our site after your last update of this plugin. Sadly these are only the people who contacted me, I have no idea how many people have attempted to sign up and just given up. Since this is our business’s main form of income and we pay daily for advertisements to direct traffic to our sign up page this is extremely concerning.

    I have run the server scanner and everything checks out. I truly hope you check into what might be causing this issue and get it fixed ASAP. Everything was working fine on my site for the past FOUR YEARS until this latest update. Nothing else has changed.

    @rabbitshavefangs,

    I am not one of the plugin’s developers, but if you want them to help, you’ll need to do a bit more than add a general statement to a thread without its being clear whether your problem is related.

    Your issue is much more likely to get noticed if it hasn’t had any responses, so you’d do better to open a new thread.

    And you are much more likely to get help if you explain what specific error messages or behavior that your users are reporting.

    You talk about “the latest update.” But you don’t specify whether you mean s2Member’s latest update or WordPress’s latest update. I’m sure it would help them to know which you mean (or whether you’re not sure).

    Finally, if you have the Pro version, you should open a ticket with Pro support.

    Thanks for the heads up. I’ve submitted a support ticket as I do own the pro version. Looks like they won’t be able to respond until Monday at the absolute earliest due to the holidays.
