Create links to places

Working on this website: http://www.platformdenieuwewinkelstraat.nl/over-dnws/

There is a link there called “75 winkelgebieden”.

When you click on it a pop up window opens. Above the map there are all the names of the places. I want that when we click on a name of a place this that it will show on the map automatically, maybe with an highlight.

Is that possible?
