Put this rule on the #main declaration:
margin-top: -10px;
Thanks for the help.
This fixed the issue in Firefox 2.0, but now it looks a bit messed up in IE6 (IE7 all you can see is a slight darkened mark where it overlaps). Should i be concerned that my site doesn’t totally work with a [recently] outdated browser?
Thanks for all the help, and so quick too!

change in #headerimg
height: 220px;
to
height: 212px;
Didn’t do it.
Moved everything up in firefox, but not IE6
thanks again,
Dan
please delete #main declaration:
margin-top: -10px;
delete padding-bottom: 17.75px;
form
headerimg h1, #headerimg .description
and let me know.
Hi again,
I did some more editing and it all looks good in Firefox, but not in IE (now even in IE6). What am I doing wrong that i keep getting different results in different browsers?
Thanks for the help, this is the first time I’ve really tried to edit a template to my own needs.
My site is http://www.hdanforth.com/DanforthWithAH/ The sidebar is over to the left past the header and should be down at the same place as the post (as they are in firefox).

Dan, if you’re have a lot of trouble try using a separate stylesheet for Internet Explorer. Its easier to make tweaks on IE once you’ve finished your layout in Firefox.
