Pirate forms and lightbox in menu

    Hello,
    How can i add lightbox (Lightbox plus colorbox plugin) with Pirate Forms in menu? I want to activate lightbox with contact form by pushing on menu button.
    Tryed everything, but no success..

    Please, help.
