No matter what the stock QTY is it still give’s this message when the order is place (Item #6988 stock reduced from 0 to -1.) and the item is out of stock.
Version 2.0.1 of your theme is available, and this fixes “old PHP errors”. See the changelog:

I can’t tell if one of the fixes is for this error, but updating is worth a try.

Hello Lorro, Tried Update Still problem persists.
OK. Did you try deactivating all other plugins and test to make sure there is no plugin conflict.

Yes that was the first thing i did but none of the other plugin is conflicting.

Update: Lorro you are right its definitely problem with the theme as i tried default word press theme and it was working fine.
