I’ve been having the same problem. I sent to the list and it says that it’s been opened by 2.5% of the recipients. However both my wife and I are on the list and have received nothing. I’ve duplicated the newsletter and sent it to another list that only contains me and my wife. I sent previews to us both. I tried using php and sendmail. I’ve done some of these things many times and haven’t received an email even though MailPoet says that they’ve been sent.
This is only the second newsletter I’ve sent. I’m no longer confident that the first reached its audience. In order to get support I’m told that I have to pay. I’d be happy to pay if I thought that the service was going to work for me, but right now it’s not looking good.
Please let me know what I can do.
