"All posts" section on dashbard do not open

Hello everyone.

I am using on local host WordPress with the theme Sydney.

Since a bit, I can no longer open the “All Posts” section from the dashboard (Categories, Add New and Tag still still work).
In addition, it is impossible for me to open the “Blog” page from the website.

Disabling all the plugins and enabling them one at the time, I found out that the posts section doesn’t work just when the plugin “Page Builder by Siteorigin” is active.

How do you can be possible to solve the issue?
