• HISTORY:
When I designed the WP template for my blog I included Jetpack and the follow widget. I host the blog via Go-Daddy and several months ago I included a Go-Daddy feature that allows me to manage my WP account via Go-Daddy.

    PROBLEM:
it appears that the follow widget (to allow subscribers to follow the blog) has disappeared.
This is evident when accessing from either Go-Daddy or Wp. When I attempted to reinstall Jet pack I get a warning that indicates Jetpack is already installed.

    FRUSTRATION:
I have exhausted my options with Go-Daddy who understandably indicate that this is a WP issue, since it is a WP product and as a result they don’t have access to that code

WordPress, in their less than stellar customer service indicates this must be a go-daddy issue since they host the site. They don’t have access to the open source code and I should follow up with Jetpack support.

    QUESTION:
Can you assist with resolving this issue?
WP suggested creating a new theme but wasn’t sure if i would lose my current content or if that would resolve the issue.
