Key words

I can not get any type of key word to match the user name.
After I formated my computer, a key word was asked in order for me to enter a new post.
No combination was accepted, the Email I used could not be used, for the message that was already been used always came up.
That must to be because I have another blog that used the same address.
how can I fix this?
