Shortcode processing?

Is there a way to make RPR so it can process shortcodes in the text content fields? I want to add social sharing buttons from another plugin to my recipes, but can’t because none of the recipe fields can process shortcodes. All they do is print out the code in raw text.

Also, how can I prevent shortcode in the description from showing up as raw text in the post index pages?
