No settings with plugins

    I am trying to add plugins like comment redirect, digg digg ..etc.. but when i am about to go to settings, only deactivate and edit button are there,no setting. How could i change my link where to redirect those who did comment on my site? Same with digg digg and some other plugins that i added.
