The problem here is that your table has combined cells (using #colspan#) while the DataTables JS library is also activated. That will lead to a conflict, as the library does not support such tables.
To fix your issues, please uncheck the “Use DataTables” checkbox on the “Edit” screens of all tables that use #colspan#.

Is there a way to keep data tables active but still fix this issue? I’m having the same problem but I need the data table features.

Also, sorry for the long wait for a reply. As a I was on a long vacation without internet access the last couple weeks, I could not reply earlier.
This most likely is caused by something on your sites loading an outdated version of jQuery.
As a first step, please check if https://tablepress.org/faq/js-functions-not-working/ reveals something. If not, can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!
