Subscribers doesn't receive final confirmation email

    Hi,
    I’m using Mailmunch in a pop-up & sidebar form and when people subscribe they doesn’t receive the final confirmation email that Mailchimp sends.
    For me it is important they receive that because in this email there is a free digital gift that I am using to ask for the subscription.
    Could you help me, please?
