Broke My Site

Hello,

I just installed your plugin and made a contact form. I went to edit the default Google Maps location, and pressed Enter, and it crashed my browser. Now I can’t access my website, my wordpress dashboard, or even my cpanel! Please help! I just want to uninstall it but I can’t get to it at all!
