Intuitive Custom Post Order compatible??

I am using your plugin along with Intuitive Custom Post Order plugin. (this plugin allows me to have custom order of the files I upload, https://wordpress.org/plugins/intuitive-custom-post-order/)

Here is my issue, if I display my files with this short code:
[wpdm-all-packages categories=”my category,” items_per_page=21], my custom order using the Intuitive Custom Post Order plugin, will show.

However, if I use this shortcode:
[wpdm_category id=”my category,” cols=”1″ toolbar=0 item_per_page=100 template=”link-template-default.php”], my custom order will not show.

Any reason why??
