Download button for post featured image

    My website offers free transparent background images but the only option to get the image is to right click and save as! is there any way i can have a download button to replace the right click option? I have searched the plugins but can only find adding shortcode options, which would mean me going to approx 2000 images and editing them, would be grateful for some advice. Thank You

    I added plugin download featured image, but it doesn’t work anymore with latest version of wordpress, I really need this option on my featured images, as they are the core reason for my wordpress site, as it stands my users have to right click and save as which is not ideal. would be grateful if anyone knows of a plugin that has the option for a featured image download button or save button, it is now too late to fix this via a download media gallery as i have too much content to make it realistic. many thanks
