API from Mailchimp not working in WordPress Enfold.

    Hi Jenny,

    Are you sure that this is using our MailChimp for WordPress plugin? That error message seems to be coming from somewhere else.

    Could you try creating a new API key in your MailChimp account to see if that fixes the issue?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’m not sure. I clicked in Enfold and then down to Newsletter and then got this error.

    Is there another way of linking my mailchimp document to enfold?

    I tried to create a new API and get the same error. Mailchimp have said everything is fine their end and that the API I am using is active.

    Hi Jenny,

    It doesn’t sound like you’re using our plugin so I can’t really help you with that. I would contact the Enfold theme author about this…
