Two probs solved today ….. yay!
(1) I had issue about locating a cell-phone emulation system. WHY? What I see on DESKTOP is not what one see’s on CELL/TABLET. the OPERA WEB BROWSER is highly effective for this purpose. The problem was indeed duplicated. (sorry chrome, FF, IE; OPERA won this battle)
(2) my specific problem I think I pretty much fixed. Appears that the QUOTE function (from Aesop) is not 100%; and has ability to over-run the prescribed screen width. but that was the driving force behind the screen width problem. The resolution is to create a stand-alone grpahic with whatever quotation.
