• Hi,
Just trying to get the minify feature to work on wordpress running under windows (azure with IIS 8.5). It seems it needs custom rewrite rules in IIS but all the instructions for W3 Total Cache appear to be for apache/linux installations.

Are there any details on what rules I need to add to IIS to have this functioning successfully on a windows based wordpress installation?

The error message I’m getting from W3 Total Cache plugin is as follows:-

“W3 Total Cache error:It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess
Unfortunately minification will not function without custom rewrite rules. Please ask your server administrator for assistance. Also refer to the install page for the rules for your server.”

Any help you can give here would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

    Derek
