Language Switcher Widget Missing

Hello today i have started to build up a new page with wordpress 4.4
and installed the polylang Version 1.7.12. I have also used this plugin before and under the Appearance when i clikc to the Menu tab.
the Language switcher tab is missing that we can add the swither directly to the menu.
It was working perfect with the wordpress 4.3.
Should i really install the 4.3 again to start up the hole work agin if somebody can reply i will be really appriciated.
