Yes, I still have no idea how to get it going. It’s still stuck at Importing source. We’re using it with a custom theme, but that shouldn’t matter, right?
Is there a checklist for lingotek?

No that shouldn’t matter. Have you tried manually refreshing the status? You can click on the clock icon or the ‘Update translation status’ line item.
Yes, I tried that as well. No luck so far.

I would like to see if you could try a few things to help resolve this.
– Since this is your first time enabling the plugin have you tried to disconnect the plugin and establish connection again?
– When you try to upload content press F12 to bring up the developer tools of your browser. Change to the network tab and then choose upload. Check to see if any errors are present in the statistics.
– What theme are you currently running
– Can you message me the email you used upon sign up. I would like to check on our end if any content has been passed up or if its stopping at the upload process
I disabled the plugin, then activated it again, because I thought that was what you meant at first. Then disconnected the account in the plugin, reconnected again and then it worked!
Great! I’m glad that worked, it likely was not making proper connection to your community and wasn’t uploading originally.
