UTF-8 encoding issues with email help please

    I have UTF-8 chosen but when I run my blog through Feedburner and someone subscribes, they get and email with encoding all screwed up like this:

    Alright! Your new pond is up and running. [UTF-8?]You’ve checked for leaks.

    How do I fix this? Any thoughts?

    Anyone? There has to be an answer as to why this recommended encoding jacks up apostrophies and commas. Anyone?
