Sorry for the delayed response. Let’s try to get this fixed:
1. Wp-admin>> Pages: Do you see a page named as Shop Settings. If yes, ensure that it carries the shortcode [shop_settings].
2. Wp-admin>>WooCommerce>>WCMp>>Pages: Make sure that the page you see or have created in step 1 is selected for the 2nd field dropdown” Shop Settings”

I checked the settings and these are good. The page has the shortcode and is selected. The strange thing is that when I as admin to the page I go the text You have logged in as Administrator. Please log out and then view this page. “The page works so well. When I was a vendor go after the page I get a page with no content.
I’ve disabled all plugins except woocommerce, the theme converted to 2015 and reinstalled the plugin. Everything works except that page. Also, I have again saved the permalinks. If admin can I change the profile page in the admin of the seller, but seller will I be redirected from the admin to the page with the shortcode and I see no text and can I change nothing.
Please help me,
sorry correction, Seller may change its profile through the admin and change the shop settings. It can not simply from the frontend
