Post reply form disappears

    Hi. Some of my tickets are missing the form for replies. The “Post Reply” button is there but the editor screen is missing on some of the tickets. I’m not sure if this happens after the recent two WP updates but I found this message in the system error – you have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘)) < CURDATE() AND isanswered = 1’ at line 1

    Any help to solve this mystery would be most appreciated! Apart from that the plugin is working great!
