Ok to have multiple form plugins installed same time?

    I have a basic contact form manager that I wish to replace. Will there be any conflict to install Contact 7 and begin to build and replace my existing forms 1 at a time? or do I have to uninstall the current Form Manager completely and not have any contact forms on my pages until I get them rebuilt with the new plugin?
