Healthcare Website

I have a new client who needs a healthcare website. I’m new to the CRM thing so here are some questions.

Here is what the client will need for the website.

Username and Password that will be given to each new hire to begin the process
Once logged in the New Hire has access to all the new hire documents. I want them to have a way to submit and receive each document needed there on the site along with a tickler to let them know what items may remain needed. The applications and additional documents are attached below. There will also need to be an submission field added for the TB test, Drug Test (this one have an automatic tickler that can say – will be ordered – once all items are received ) DL, SS Card, Nurses License, Car Insurance, Nursing Insurance.

2. The Employee Login Portal where it will direct them to a CRM or a sharepoint. We can push the back a few weeks. I would like the field in the site but not the forwarding part to the sharepoint.

*** Will there be a way that we can update the website if needed due to new policies or procedures for required docs, verbiage, or information needed.
