problem with validation form and file uploading

Hello,
I have problem with form validation…
Form is with 10 fields and file field for uploading video. Form validation work like this: upload file first, then check file format and then check the rest of form fields. So if I have video of 1 Gb and first he upload video and then say that I make mistake in “Name” field, it is not correct.

Is it possible first to check all fields, and then o upload video (file)
